Amberwood HOA     Building/Landscaping Requests

FORM HERE

 1. Property owner fills out a request form for renovations or landscaping.

2. The board receives a request for construction and/or landscaping, renovations. etc.

3. The request is submitted to the “Planning Committee” for their review and approval, or rejection.

4. The request will be reviewed and responded to within a reasonable time, not to exceed 15 days from time submitted to committee.

5. A written response will be given to the owner about their request.

6. The committee/board needs a majority of members, or a minimum of 3 votes to approve any request submitted.

7. Any suggestions made by the committee, and/or modifications by the owner will result in the request being reviewed again by the committee seeking their approval.
