- NO DIVING, RUNNING, OR SHOVING in or around the pool.
- All children 12yrs and younger MUST have poolside supervision by
an adult.
- Homeowners are responsible for guests and minors.
- All guests MUST be accompanied by the Homeowner.
- No pets are allowed in the pool area.
- Use of pool toys, balls, and rafts must be used with consideration for
others using the pool.
- Only normal swim suits are permitted. Cut-offs are not permitted as
swim wear.
- One (1) pool key provided to each household. There is an additional
fee of $20 for a replacement key.
- Pool Gate must be kept locked at all times.
- Any damage to the pool or pool area must be paid for by the
responsible party.
- Only Association members in good standing who are current in the
payment of their assessments may use the pool.
- Restrooms are cleaned by Homeowners on a voluntary basis.
Please clean up after yourself.
- The Board of Directors needs to be notified if you are planning on
having a pool party two weeks prior to date. All pre-approved events will be posted on the website for other Homeowners to view. The pool will never be closed to other Homeowners when an event is taking place.
- The pool phone is for EMERGENCY USE ONLY.
- Any items lost will be your responsibility. There is a lost and found
box at the pool for these items
- Food shall only be consumed either in the covered area away from
the pool or in other sitting areas at least six feet away from the pool.
- Food, drink, and suntan lotion in unbreakable (no glass) containers
are allowed in the pool area. If you snack in the pool area, please use trash containers for refuse and leave tables clean before departure.
- Non-toilet trained children are required to wear swimsuit diapers or
tight fitting rubber or plastic pants.
